Klonoa: Door to Phantomile

Klonoa is a game that once you start playing, you won't be able to stop. It's that much fun. It's platforming at it's best, and it's got some beautiful, 'Namco' style music as well. This game involves a fantasy character called Klonoa, who looks like a giant cat. Anyway, Klonoa has these big ears that allow him to float for a couple of seconds when he jumps. Klonoa can best be described as 2.5 Dimension platform game. The graphics in the game are in 3D, with the exception of Klonoa who is a sprite, but the actually gameplay is all in the 2d plane. However, there are some points where you can move up or down into the other plane. Klonoa meets many friends on his adventures through this game, but most of all you will notice the attention to detail Namco put into this title. The game is very colorful and alive graphically, with the attention being put on the 2.5d aspect of the game. Solving puzzles and making jumps is what this game is about, and it works wonderfully. Go find yourself a copy of this game if you've never played it. You will love it.
